Food quality seems to be inconsistent. Are you buying cheaper quality food? The portions on French fries is to large generating too much waste. Your pricing is $1.00 to $3.00 higher on similar items from other restaurants in the area. I never saw a manager or assistant manager in the dining room. When I asked a server they pointed out a young lady that looked like a gym teacher and a young man that looked like a busboy. Heewalked around with a dirty dish towel in his back pocket.
