The Country Kitchen

I used to eat here periodically. It was a great place to grab a good, down-home, Southern lunch. Think greens, field peas (beans), etc. I recently drove through the area and I made an unexpected discovery. Now, all of the windows of the building have been boarded up. There 's a closed sign on the front door. Unfortunately, the place apparently has been permanently closed for some time now. I will miss the friendly atmosphere and service. R.i.p.

Was very disappointed with my last visit to this place. Went there with my sister-in-law. We each ordered from the lun h specials. They brought hers out 10 minutes before mine and when they did bring mine out it was to cold to eat. We left and went somewhere else for lunch. Waitress was nice and understanding.

We must go back because food was good, but selections sold out before we arrived. Great service, nice waitress, food was authentic. See Y'ALL soon.

Was passing threw town wanted some good breakfast and this was closed they need to change there info on google

Google Maps said it was open until 8:30 PM. I drove there at 5PM, this location was locked up and closed. Boo!

My coworker and I really enjoyed eating here. I reccomend everyone eat steak mine was perfect..

Good! Everything on the menu is really good! Always try the daily special though!

What ever the cook is getting paid, it's too much! Food had absolutely no taste!!
