The Courtyard - Réservation de table

Fabulous little cafe. Went on a Friday evening, did book but there were a couple of tables free during the evening. Lovely lady called sue the owner and chef. Sue will talk you through the menu vegetarian or vegan and gluten free. So much to choose from. Variety of teas too. No alcohol is sold on the premises,you can take your own. Can park outside on the street, spaces are limited. Lovely vibe to the place. Not open every evening, also do take away. Had the Chinese fritters so filling and delicious, you will not leave feeling hungry at all. I myself am a meat eater and I will be definitely returning.

This cozy vegetarian vegan restaurant may be small, but it is truly exceptional. If you have any dietary restrictions, be sure to inform the chef in advance, as they are very accommodating. I have dined here multiple times and have never been let down by the delicious and diverse vegan dishes. The intimate size of the restaurant only adds to its charm, though it is recommended to make a reservation ahead of time. One unique aspect is that the restroom is located outside in the backyard. Overall, a delightful little restaurant worth visiting.

I brought my mom to this restaurant for brunch today and we both had a great time! The food was excellent and reasonably priced, with generous portion sizes. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The coffee was top-notch, much better than what you'd find at chain stores, and there's even a bar available. This is definitely my go-to place for dining in Wigan. Plus, there's convenient free parking right outside, especially after 5:30 PM.

Went for breakfast after a rare visit to Wigan. Had the breakfast burger which was so tasty, comprising bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, onion and melted cheese on a brioche bun. Served with chips and cost less than a fiver. I washed it down with a...Colombian filter coffee. Nice cafe and nice staff Réservez une table maintenant

breakfast after a rare visit in wigan. had the breakfast burger, which was so delicious, with speck, sausage, egg, tomato, plank and melted cheese on a brioche back. fed with chips and costs less than a fifth. I washed it with a Colombian filter coffee. beautiful caffe and nice personal

Been to the Coven twice now and although I'm not a vegan I really enjoy the food. The chickpea omelette is fantastic. They are happy to cater for gluten free diets and also serve alcohol. Would definitely return and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The food was incredible, very fresh and flavorful. The service was top-notch and we will definitely be back. It was the best meal we've had in a long time. Looking forward to our next visit!

great building house breakfast and excellent service. I tried to visit the afternoon before to try their burgers, but I was a little too late. will definitely visit again when I am in the opposite side. Réservez une table maintenant

Gorgeous little place and will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. I'm not vegan/vegetarian but really enjoyed and would recommend.
