The Cove Cafe - Réservation de table

During our journey back home from our holiday in Devon, we decided to make a stop in Dawlish. As we strolled along the seafront, the tide was in and we didn't know what to expect. However, as we turned the corner, we came across a perfectly located little restaurant. We only wanted some coffee, which turned out to be a great cuppa. We sat down and enjoyed watching the people passing by. The coffee was excellent and there were also plenty of other snacks available. It was a delightful little pitstop during our walk.

Outside tables at the end of promenade. (Walk along seafront in direction of teignmouth). Catered for all our coffees including decaffeinated. Later was excellent. Great views. However on a Saturday with good weather tables go rapidly. Only complaint was the long queue to be served was through the middle of tables which was a bit of a pain if you happened to be sitting beside it.

I recently visited a charming café located on the waterfront that was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast baguette with thick-cut bacon, while my partner had a sausage sandwich on a fresh bread roll. The coffee was excellent as well. We returned a few times for coffee and each time the service was always friendly and accompanied by a smile.

The cafe situated between Coryton Cove and Boat cove serves a selection of teas and coffees with assorted snack options. Ideal for a quick bite while enjoying the scenery. There are tables and chairs to sit at or if you prefer the beach is only a few seconds away. Réservez une table maintenant

Despite many trips to Coryton Cove this was the first time we had bought anything from Cove Cafe, I certainly hope it won’t be the last. The coffee and cakes were excellent, milkshakes good and an excellent cannoli filled with lemon cream. Will definitely return.

I asked if the muffins were fresh and was told yes, so we bought one each. They were at least 2, if not 3 days old and I would have taken them back if the queue hadn't been so long. The coffee was disappointingly weak too so we won't be going back.

The staff at this restaurant is lovely and friendly, and they were very accommodating even though they had issues with the card reader. We were extremely grateful for the complimentary drinks.

Lovely fresh air cafe, looking out to sea. Friendly staff. Offers speciality ice cream, lots of flavour. Selection of cakes is great and most appear homemade. Réservez une table maintenant

Excellent food and drinks in an excellent location, would recommend. There’s a small seating area or a couple of benches nearby.

Situated at the end of promenade at Coryton Cove, the cafe/kiosk has great views to enjoy your food and drinks.
