I typically order the mint custard at this restaurant, but for the past two years, I have noticed that the machine is not clean. You can tell because the custard comes out gritty, almost like sand. After complaining, a manager informed me that it was due to the machine not being cleaned properly or at all. The service for take out meals is excellent, with a rating of 5. The atmosphere is average, with a rating of 3. The price ranges from $10 to $20 per person. I recommend trying the custard.

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was fantastic! The price per person is very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food was top-notch, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also excellent, with a score of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, I would also give it a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their sundaes, they were delicious.

We booked an ice cream truck for my daughter's 4th birthday party. Around 30 people from the neighborhood came to the event. The truck arrived on time and the staff member was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everyone loved the ice cream and couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. If you're in search of an ice cream truck, The Cow is the place to go! I give it 5 stars!

This is the best frozen custard I have ever had, and I am a huge ice cream fan. There may be a line depending on the time you go, and I am aware that they have struggled to find staff, but the wait is definitely worth it for the top-notch soft serve and Italian ice in Carroll County. It is hands down better than Hoffman's and at a more affordable price too! Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant has expanded their menu over the years to include a variety of treats such as ice cream, icees, and custard. Their custard flavors are unique and I highly recommend trying the mint flavor, as it is sure to impress!

This is where to go in Westminster for soft ice cream. It is tasty, and they have a pretty cool variety of flavors. Morning, their kids size is everybody else's small.

Awesome as normal. I had a regular size vanilla custard cone (I?m a traditionalist lol). It was great. Will always come back when I?m in the area.

The Cow is a great addition to the dessert locations in town. Their custard is soooo good. The banana split is GIGANTIC.
