Six of us for a celebration. The first thing that greets you is the overwhelming 'music '. A polite request for it to be turned down a little to enable conversation was met with the response that it was controlled from the hotel a few doors away and the restaurant has no control over it! Some of the music was OK but it prevented easy conversation. Drinks ordered but one forgotten until reminded. Main courses arrived but one had been forgotten/not ordered. Food was generally quite good but I would describe it as Thai style, not really authentic Thai e.g. lamb jungle curry when lamb is simply not used in Thailand due to a lack of sheep. The prices are high and what really grated was the 'optional ' 13.5% service charge. with drinks the lunch worked out at over £80 per head. The decor is interesting but, frankly, a little weird. Overall nothing special and overpriced.
