We got married at the Croft. We chose the Croft because of the beautiful aesthetics and there's so much more to it. The whole experience was so easy and straight-forward. You can really tell this is a wedding venue that knows that it's doing. The booking process was super easy. The planning process too. And the whole day ran increadible smoothly. I love how organised everyone is and how willing they are to make your wedding be the wedding you want. They put out all our decor on the day too! Could not fault it and we're so happy we got to get married in this beautiful venue. Very disappointing! Went for Mother’s Day, so maybe because it had been so busy, they hadn’t been able to provide their normal quality of food and service?? The food was not nice. On their menu, the chicken pate is “GFA”, which means it can be made gluten free. When I asked for it, I was told the pate itself was pre made and already had gluten in. Please do not mark it as “GFA” if it cannot be made gluten free. We’d asked for pink beef, as you can see… definitely not pink! I’d hate to see what well done looked like. I recently photographed the wedding of Clarice and Gregor at The Croft Hotel and I honestly had an amazing experience. The wedding managers were lovely, organised, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The rooms are full of character and charm, and the bridal room in particular is ideal for getting ready photos. The ceremony space is cosy, warm, and beautiful, perfect for intimate weddings. As a wedding photographer, everything flowed smoothly, and the staff made the day easy for everyone. I would happily recommend this venue and look forward to working there again.
2 night stay for a family wedding. My room was basic though clean tidy enough. The luxury rooms, including the bridal honeymoon suites were stunning. The location is beautiful, as is the hotel itself. Had a very personal feel the staff were very attentive. The staff who covered the wedding reception were amazing certainly helped make the day very special. Would highly recommend.

I was at a family wedding recently at this venue, absolutely beautiful location. The staff was amazing especially the red hair girl on the bar! She had a truly warm attitude and anything we asked of her never seemed like an issue. Couldn't catch her name but I still wanted to let it know. Service was amazing, made my experience even better.
Working with The Croft Hotel as a vendor is always a positive experience everytime we go. From a logistical standpoint, they are one of the most professional and well-run spaces in the industry. We have done numerous jobs here from wedding styling, content creating, audio guestbook and photobooths
Great wedding venue although parking is limited. Never realised how big the hotel was until a recent visit.
