What a waste of time Got there for our booking with my 11 month old. Waited over 25 minutes for somebody to even take our order to which I had to call them over then took another 20 minutes before bringing us some toast and another 40 before the rest of our breakfast. Not to mention the sausages were undercooked and eggs looked disgusting. I appreciate they did breakfast with Santa but from what I saw looks like they didn’t put enough staff on to deal with the fact they would be busier and my poor baby had to deal with crying over the fact he was hungry waiting for his breakfast for over an hour. Great place to bring kids after school! Still has the salad cart and good choice of meals. Bring pound coins for the arcade as the next table full of boys ranging from approx 6-10 yrs old were changing up mum's notes! April served us and was friendly and attentive.
Charlotte our server made our dinner. We was only here for about 90 minutes/ 2 hours and charlotte really made our evening, she's a real credit to the establishment and should be credited. Absolutely lovely girl and so kind and welcoming.
Fantastic evening meal with our Family, Charlotte as always was lovely. She is so kind and knowledgeable about the products on offer. One of our meals was cold and she got it replaced no questions asked. Brilliant service!

Lorna provided amazing customer service, she was extremely attentive! I had a problem with my chicken, and she sorted it out in a quick manner. Overall, we had a good experience.
