A comfortable room and freshly cooked breakfast. Old building so the bedroom has a strange shape due to sloping ceilings. I did bump my head several times. The mattress topper slides uncontrollably and one morning it and I landed on the floor and I have a large scab on my elbow. Low bedroom door and ceiling. Bathroom was shared but not on the same floor. Has a Victorian toilet on the first floor.
We ordered takeaway afternoon tea, and it was truly delightful. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and it offered great value for money.
