Within 2 minutes of being in the place I got an at home feeling and it was like I was a regular even though it was a first time visit The bar staff were really friendly and the regular customers were just as friendly also The purpose of our visit was to try the food as it was highly recommended by various friends. I had a cheese and onion pie and my wife had a Beef dinner , we also ordered 2 children’s meals one nuggets and one sausage When all the meals arrived I was really impressed as it was homemade pub grub at its finest and all at a very reasonable price So if your looking for a nice pub lunch or tea don’t look any further it’s one of them places you will so happy that you’ve found it...

This pub has a great old-style atmosphere with good beer. It's not fancy or pretentious, but offers excellent value for money. Parking is limited on the street, but you can find a space with a short walk. The food is rated 3 out of 5, service is 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere is 5 out of 5. It can be somewhat difficult to find parking, but there are free street parking options available.

Fantastic pub located just outside Bacup town. It is on the smaller side inside with a function room upstairs and on-road parking only. The venue has an old charm with a lot of atmosphere. We visited during their Morris day in July and had a lot of fun! The price per person ranges from £1-10. The food was rated 4 out of 5, service 3 out of 5, and the atmosphere a solid 5 out of 5.

We had a fantastic evening at this charming and welcoming pub. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed playing on the good pool table. The price per person was very reasonable, between £1 and £10. The service was excellent, receiving a 5 out of 5 rating. Overall, a wonderful place to visit for a night out. Réservez une table maintenant

Called in off the cuff to see if they do food ? only the barmaid in and us, no smells or menu's on display to indicate food being served so we sat outside and had our drinks weighing the place up. We will give it another go at a later date and hopefully there will be some kind of atmosphere and maybe food.

iv never had food here as im always at the bar drinkg their fine real ales, the bar staff are ugly and need a wash and the local are barking mad,upon walking through the door my first impression was this reminds me of the bar in star wars dont take my word for it,come and see for yourselves

Friendly local pub with a great crowd. Great selection of beers-some from local brewers. The good is excellent and the chef goes the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Was out walking the and called in here as they had a lot of outside tables. Enjoyed a really nice pint, or two. Plenty of choice of alcoholic beverages. Nice surroundings. Réservez une table maintenant

Quaint put always busy has lots of different things on throughout the year one being the britannia coconutters has charity auctions too

Food was awful atmosphere was when we walked in the clock seemed to stop and everyone looked at us NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
