The Crow's Nest Grille

overall, a nice place close to the beach, but open table reservations do not work, and although I have called myself to confirm, they still have the reservations made when we are there. that was good. we ordered grilled mahi and the tuna poke appetizer for our main courses. the thunfish poke was quite large and very good, but a little too much fruit. the thun fish content itself was good enough. the grilled fish was great. when the ruckus came, it turns out that the fish was grouper, not the mahi we ordered (ugh, oh well, the grouper was quite delicious.)

Everyone working there greeted and talked to our group. Server checked back often to make sure we were taken care of. Food was served hot and delicious and we weren’t rushed to order. Relaxed and had a nice dinner and drinks. Half price happy hour appetizers were a bargain! Holiday dinner with family and friends and hostess helped me with my bags as we were leaving. Loved it!!

my man and I had lunch in the crow’s nest during our recent visit to new smyrna. I had the Taco salad and he had the fish in chips. my tortilla shell was soggy that our server offered to bring a new one or give me tortilla chips. I decided for the chips and they were hot and crisp. everything else was excellent for our joy and service. Réservez une table maintenant

they did not seem to have the OpenTable screen on the Hostess desktop, I asked if they were checked, said that their manager would not use opentable I said they better inform open table because I received an email on the day before the reservation if I were still there and of course I answered yes

Service was great, half priced happy hour appetizers $4 $6 was about average, smothered chicken entree was dry over cooked, great perched view of the beach Atlantic Ocean, open air seating upstairs, closed Air conditioned seat in lower level. Sam Adams “Seasonal” beer on tap!!!

We were seated upstairs at our reservation time, which was a feat considering the size of our party (9). The food was great and the service was fantastic. And the view is the best in New Smyrna Beach!

The hostess had no record of our reservation thru Open Table. Had to show her my email confirmation. Green bean fries app was not hot. But tasty. The rest was good. Réservez une table maintenant

we waited 30 minutes for someone who even acknowledged us. Once the waitress came over, she was very nice and the food was very good.

Service was good and food was standard beach food. Shrimp tacos were undercooked but were quickly fixed.
