I recently dined at The Cut Bar in London and was incredibly disappointed with the service. While the food may have been good, the overall experience was severely marred by a rude waitress. During our meal, the waitress approached our table and bluntly said, Oh, you 're still eating? This unprofessional and frankly dismissive comment left us feeling unwelcome and rushed. It was particularly disappointing considering we had only been seated for 10 minutes and hadn 't even finished our meals. To make matters worse, a service charge was automatically added to the bill. Lovely venue, mainly used when we go to young vic. Love the free water. Would love a better range of non alcohol beer. Days Adnams are ok, but we live in the best City in the world and have so much local variety and international 00 beer/ Lager. That a bit of imagination on a product that has a long shelf life and high margin, you would be amazed by customers response

One of my favourite spots in Waterloo... this bar is made by their staff. One staff member in particular... Sahelle. Excellent service, her cocktail knowledge is vast and the quality of drinks is impressive. She never fails to welcome us and our friends and make us all feel special. The Cut would be lost without her! Thanks Sahelle x

We dined with friends for a pre theatre dinner. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We had the chicken Milanese and our friends had the tortellini. So refreshing after our very disappointing meal earlier in the week! Réservez une table maintenant

The service was extremely bad, I had to contact them myself both of the times. Drinks (ish 20% liquer) were 13£, they barely had any strong drinks. Drinks were OK.
