we wanted to love the cyclists we really did, but unfortunately this disappointing experience has failed on several levels. we booked a table on Saturday night when homemade burgers were the main item on the dinner menu. great! we love a homemade burger. they were obviously cooked to order what was good with us. but when they arrived, it was obviously even before tasting that the two burgers were different. for one beginning one was much bigger than the other! we tasted and were surprised to find that they also tasted very differently with a much more beautiful than the other. we found this situation really annoying. one of us enjoyed our meal and the other not! we mentioned this to the owne...

the cyclist offers something else, a simple menu with great aromas: homemade chicken liver cake and toast was a delicious starter, followed by steak and frit perfectly cooked on the fire, finished with a jam pudding that was delicious and light; my friends also enjoyed their affogato. plus good quality beer and weine in a cozy room. Repeat to taste the fondue and more weine very soon.

A friendly welcome for our family group, most chose the roast of the day....succulent pork, spicy apple sauce, crispy roasted potatoes carrots and parsnips, and gravy. Also the added bonus of cauliflower cheese. We all voted it the best roast we had ever tasted. Those who still had room for pud said they were perfect too.

Service very slow and eggs undercooked. Food didn’t arrive at the same time
