We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. We visited on a Friday night to enjoy the bar, and we were fortunate to be served by Jared. We discovered that he has curated a unique menu of craft cocktails, and calling it amazing would be an understatement. Jared was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere at the bar was lively, complete with great music. The back area of the bar felt like an entirely different world—definitely worth a visit. This place will elevate your weekend! A suggestion for management: have Jared working every night and keep that fantastic Friday night vibe going, and you'll have the best bar in the world.
Came here on a Thursdays morning at about 1AM. They had 2 people working and there weren't too many people there, yet it still took me almost 8 minutes to get a bottle of beer. Drank about half of it and went out for a cigarette, right out front.Came back in and my beer had been cleared from the bar. The guy told me he thought I'd left even though I was right out front and had left my bookbag on the chair. He offered to buy me another beer but I had to go catch a train. Terrible service, in my opinion.
This is probably my favorite place in town. It's perfect for watching sports or just relaxing with friends. The food is excellent, the beer selection is impressive, and the staff is fantastic. The atmosphere is really enjoyable. It has definitely become our go-to local spot.
Yesterday I went to dark horse for ladies night, I initiated small talk with a female customer and offered to buy her a drink. The women said yes and the bartender made a scene about it. I don’t think I will ever go back to DarkHorse in Rockville Centre again.

Don't wear sweatpants, I had a knee brace on and had to wear sweats and they wouldn't let me in. I guess they hate the disabled.
Always a fun time ... great bartenders and good selection of beers. They had #southshorecraftbrewery on tap and cigar city
The service at the bar was excellent, but the bouncer was quite rude. It's best to avoid this place during late hours.
This place was lit! Great music and food. Everyone was vibing. I would definitely recommend this place!
