Not sure what happened to this place .... This was the Go to Spot back in the days. I was there a few weeks ago and decided to meet a friend for drinks. I sipped my Drink and realized it wasn't Patron. I then asked the Girl at the bar if I could please change this I wanted a Patron Margarita. She said I would have to be charged Twice . One for the new drink and then the drink I didn't drink ... She ended up taking the drink back but making the same drink as if I don't know my Liquors lol this is what I do. My boyfriend and I order from the Dark Horse in Farmingdale at least once a week. We usually get the California wraps with either sweet potato fries or onion rings, along with the brie pretzels served with fig jam as an appetizer. We have NEVER had a bad experience in the two and a half to three years we've been going there. The service and food are always excellent. I highly recommend Dark Horse in Farmingdale; it’s my favorite spot to go!
Great bar! They have lots of fun events to attend from trivia to paint night. The bartenders are all so nice and make delicious cocktails. The bar snacks were all very good. It's fun for a Long Island Bar. Something lacks in diversity (it is all white guys whose parents look like they own boats) but then again it is long island
