Place was busy for a Thursday night. Our table hadn’t been wiped when we sat down (despite a sign saying it had). We ordered on the app and waited for what felt like ages for our starter. We could see two bowls of soup sitting...at the hatch (amongst multiple other plates of food) which I believe were ours but no one went to fetch it. It disappeared (presumably to be reheated) and appeared again, It then sat again for a while before a member of staff eventually brought it over (by this time it was lukewarm). Been here before for food and drink and it was fine but a different experience this time. My friend ordered pizza and it was delivered to our table raw. When we drew it to the waiter's attention he was very off-hand about and clearly couldn't...have cared less. Additionally, one of the things I do like about Wetherspoons is that they sell a good, creamy cask-conditioned ale. However I was very disappointed to discover that they've changed the ale they sell to an inferior brand. I reluctantly ordered a pint of it and despite trying for a few minutes, the barmaid couldn't get a proper head on it. My husband and i went out for first time after lockdown and thought we might have a relaxed evening. We ordered drinks then five minutes later were told our two hours were up and we could have a little tilme to drink up but two...minutes later he said we had to go and we couldnt get a refund on our dtinks. I understand the restrictions but you need to give some leeway and maybe have on app to remind people about time limit or tell you when you first go in. Also if your going to tell people they need to ho give them monutes to drink up. Very unhappy with their customer service.

Came here with friends , asked for id’s my id was dropped ok the floor no one said sorry and I said hi multiple times to the waiter and I was ignored and given a dirty look I am disgusted with the service no apologies...for the mess of the table or how I was treated I am disgusted Wetherspoons. As a new person to the Musselburgh area it really does show your tpwn to be a good one. Réservez une table maintenant

Very poor rating as walked three miles to get here as Weatherspoons app says open now to find it closed. Not amused. We like to visit these pubs as good value and you know what you are getting. Very poor that app can’t be relied...upon.

Been to lots of wetherspoons Our local one is really good. Wendy makes sure that every table and chairs is cleaned. A very hard worker what I have seen and very pleasant to customers. She goes out her way to ensure everything is ok

OK Spoons with Faux Art Deco Interior. Very good prices but full of drunken, foul-mouthed women. Fine if you want that sort of thing........ Limited selection of real ales but prices were extremely low and beer was OK.

Just to say had a lovely lunch on Friday with fish and burgers for the family. Our waitress wendy helped do our orders and provided great service and friendly attitude. Thanks wendy for helping make a our day x Réservez une table maintenant

Place smells a bit weird and tables not always wiped. Staff adherence to COVID rules is a bit off putting. They will know who they are but nothing done to enforce it. Staff going through the motions.
