My daughter sent me a reel about The Hive!So excited to try their cinnamon rolls!!I had the honor of being the first person in line!!I arrived at 7:14am and The Hive opened at 8am.Shortly thereafter more people arrived and as shown on the reel the line was long.I enjoyed a latte to go and purchased my allowed 4 cinnamon rolls!Family and I enjoyed the rolls! Worth waiting in line!Suggestion! What a cute and quaint coffee shop! We got up extra early to grab one of the “famous” cinnies, as they are only served Fri-Sun. OMG! Delicious is an understatement. We were grateful it was a not a super busy morning, as our wait was less than 10 minutes (arrived at 7:58am). We also enjoyed several coffee drinks as well as the delicious cheddar scone! Finally tried the famed weekend cinnamon rolls after 18 months of living in Hoboken. It did not disappoint soft, fluffy and warm with plenty of cream cheese frosting. I arrived around 7:40 and was about the tenth person in line, probably had my cinnamon roll in hand by 8:15. The almond croissant was deliciously crispy and flaky, with plenty of almonds, and it paired perfectly with the hot latte! Dipping the croissant in the latte was a game changer! Unfortunately, the cinnamon rolls were sold out, but I can’t wait to try them next time. The atmosphere was fantastic for a Saturday morning coffee! Réservez une table maintenant

We arrived at 8:10am on a Sunday and by the team we reached the entry door they were sold out. You gotta be here an hour before the open to get the classic cinnamon rolls. However we had a blueberry muffin and asked for frosting and got crumbles too. So after all it was worth the wait but maybe next time we get to try them

I absolutely love The Hive’s coffee pastries, especially the everything croissant! However, the morning line can be incredibly long, sometimes making you wait over 30 minutes. Later in the day, the lines are usually much shorter, but I really miss my morning coffee from The Hive!

It's not unusual for people to queue for cinnamon buns at this place, but selling out just 40 minutes after opening while the line barely moves in the rain is quite disappointing. Réservez une table maintenant
