When it comes to the food proposition at this beautiful pub, I would describe as it as close to perfect. Wholesome, well thought out meals, with hardly a component not home made/ locally sourced. I'm still dreaming of the amazing duck parfait starter which was also home made, wonderfully rich and buttery. Service was spot on, dessert was also lovely and indulgent without being overwhelming. Spot on. 10/10. So glad we moved to be local. Will be back as soon as poss.

We dropped in on a Tuesday for lunch. The pub is old, quaint and the service was attentive and friendly. The open fire was a big bonus given the miserable weather and made the place feel cosy and welcoming. We had fish and chips, a stew and a burger and each meal was excellent.

in this beautiful pub for a fast drink called very friendly staff. the menu looks excellent what we try in the near future. intentionally to make this a goal for my motorcycle hunts.

A beautiful pub, with beautiful surroundings. And a lovely group of welcoming staff, along with delicious food. Would definitely recommend!

Super dog friendly. No sooner had we sat down, a bowl of fresh water was brought out with a biscuit! Cider was delicious
