We made a reservation for lunch on Saturday, choosing this restaurant for its convenient location to meet a friend. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and taken to our table. The menu featured a concise selection of dishes, which I find is always a positive indicator—extensive menus often mean that many items come straight from the freezer. The food was exquisite; we enjoyed three courses of culinary delights, each accompanied by a brief description of the ingredients. This is a kitchen that showcases its creativity at its finest, and the value for the quality provided was excellent. We will definitely be returning.
I and a friend stayed for a nice place to eat and pick up on a weekday and had heard that this place had good eating. we were wrong. this place serves amazing food! the duck at the pond is a hidden gem! his country lady is professional and polite, our waitress was beautiful and the black forest sundae was to die, for I would highly recommend visiting this nice little pub. we went tonight, so it was dark, but the terrace looks perfect for a afternoon pint. many thanks to x
Absolutely brilliant. Went for a family meal (including our 18th month old daughter) and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food was second to none and the setting was loverly. Would highly recommend and will most certainly be returning. Thanks very much for a loverly evening.
