The Duke Of Wellington

My husband Mark and I had our joint 50th birthday party at the Duke on Saturday 20th May. We hired the restaurant and covered patio area and enjoyed a fantastic Hog roast provided by a lovely local guy. Jon and Helen provided all the other food including the most scrumptious Brownies. Local DJs Rob and Andy provided the music a real trip down memory lane. We had the most fantastic evening and I have received nothing but thanks and praise from our guests for the warm welcome, beautiful location and fantastic food. Nothing was too much trouble. THANK YOU Jon and Helen for making our 50th celebration an evening to remember. xx

My friends and I visited Herzogin on Thursday, March 29th, and it was amazing! They had a fantastic band called 'The Reyes' playing, and the atmosphere was incredible. The bar staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long for our drinks at all. While the band was performing on one side of the pub, the other side provided a quieter space to chat. Overall, it was a fantastic evening. Thank you!

This fantastic local family pub has been a favorite of mine for years, and I always receive a warm welcome. They serve delicious cooked meals daily, and the staff is truly wonderful. Plus, dogs are welcome in the pub, so they can come and see what they're missing out on! It's one of the best little treasures in Kent!

This very popular pub is becoming a regular haunt on a Thursday evening with Sonia. Sadly, our visit is all too brief but I have promised myself to return for a meal one day. The atmosphere is so welcoming as are the staff and the red wine is excellent. Thank you Sonia for introducing me! Réservez une table maintenant

Been cycling past it for a few years and thought I'll have to go in there one day'! So yesterday we went in there for lunch and it was well worth the visit! Sure we'll be going back there soon!

I can highly recommend this pub great food and helpful friendly staff. If anyone has an allergy like my son they have an easy guide that very clear and helpful
