Attended a private party here in the room on the main floor. Food was fantastic. Good portion size, excellent flavors and lovely presentation. We had my mother-in-laws 75th birthday party there in a reserved private room. Room was perfect for about 40 people. Bartenders were excellent and very attentive as they have a counter on the backside of the bar that serves the private room. Staff was very attentive. We did a variety of apps and they were all great. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely recommend using them for private parties/events.
We had a business dinner here on the rooftop. It was enclosed and had heaters and fire pits to help keep everyone warm. The appetizers were great! I ordered the filet, and it was phenomenal! Our server, Susie, was amazing, and the live music provided by Johnny was great! I would definitely recommend this place!
It's a great location and has an amazing rooftop and a good atmosphere. Aside from that, I feel it's a bit overrated. Have eaten here a few times, ok but not great and the cocktails aren't my favorite. I have friends who really like this place but it's more of a “meh” for me.

Multiple visits, the value for food and service, are overrated. The atmosphere is top quality and you pay for it. The staff is very professional and polite. Washrooms are clean. It's a show off to your guest kind of place. Bring your largest credit card. You will need it.
This was our first time at The Elm and were very pleased with the great staff (friendly and attentive) and the delicious food.
Kinda overpriced but several dishes, esp “small plates”, keep me coming back, as I'm local.
Definitely was a great place we rented, staff was great look forward into going there again
