Ivan was easy to work with and always responded to my text messages, which I really appreciated. He gave a price over the phone and explained his pricing, and after diagnostics he called me and said how much the repair would be. He provided fast service, got the part and then fixed the machine. I have a 13 year old Saeco Coffee Machine, and I'm so happy I have it fixed and hope it will last me a few more years. I can truly recommend him.

It is not his day-to-day job. It is in his garage, so be aware he will work on the machine only during the weekend. He is honest and really good at it.
