Most people search for seafood naturally when they are at the beach, I like to find a good bowl of pasta after a long day on the beach and this led me to Etna Rosso. This tiny restaurant was tucked into a small shopping center off of a busy road in Lauderdale by the Sea. We were immediately greeted and brought to a cozy table in the dining room. We started our meal with a caprese salad for 2. The salad had beautiful crisp, lemony basil, paired with fresh, mozzarella, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Update!!! I had a special dinner here last week with 14 guests, and everyone had a fantastic time. We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. I’ve never had anything less than a perfect meal every time I've dined here. You definitely don’t want to miss this place! It’s authentic, fresh, and incredibly delicious. We’ve dined here several times, and each meal has been excellent. The owner and staff are extremely nice; this place is truly a gem! Don’t forget to try the desserts!
I spend the evening there with my partner and our daughter. I wasn't aware that the restaurant was a quaint gem. I really enjoyed the food. The staff was attentive and took care of us. I order the risotto with prawns, my partner ordered the lamb ragu, and my daughter had the bolognese. Paired with a few glasses of Chianti and house white. The food was really good. The dessert (cannoli, and flourless chocolate cake) I will definitely be back! We have end results pics!
We visited Etna Rosso to celebrate my mother's birthday, and Luca, the owner, did not disappoint. I ordered the chicken marsala served on homemade gluten-free linguine, and it was AMAZING. We had a group of nine, and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere was charming, and we all shared plenty of laughs, making it a truly wonderful experience. We drove by for years, always thought to stop. Boy I'm I glad we did. Small cozy worth every penny. Service amazing food is to die 4. Hood wine selection and don't have any complains. My only recommendation is book a table on prime time. We had an early dinner and got lucky to be seated. One of the best Italian restaurants.... trust me this are has 6 for every block and this one is it.
Great dining experience. Staff is extremely attentive and eager to please. Dinner was delicious. We were a party of 4 and each of us ordered a different meal we all raved how great it was. Can't wait to go again! Parking was not an issue but I'm sure that changes on any given night and depends on the season. Did I say we'd be back we absolutely will!!
Had a wonderful dinner! My husband had the pesto pasta with chicken and I had the shrimp linguini. Both were amazing! The bread was also excellent. The service was outstanding.
