The Faerie Tree Inn

I went to The Fairie Tree for Mother’s Day after booking a table four weeks in advance. We were seated quickly and our drink and food orders were taken promptly. The menu offered basic pub grub, nothing fancy or a la carte. My three teenagers ordered haddock and chips, while I opted for the chicken and leek dish. A large party of 8 was seated nearby and their starters arrived quickly. However, we had been waiting for 20 minutes since ordering our food. While staying at the holiday park nearby, I decided to stop by this restaurant for a meal. The atmosphere was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious with generous portions. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, as well as a specials board for those looking for something different.

Beautiful lunch in faerie tree. And amazing gluten free menu. Was there during a disastrous flood due to bad weather. Ended up stranded there and owner took us back to our hotel in his 4x4 as we couldn’t get our car through flooded roads. Above and beyond his call of duty and thank you so much. Extremely kind gesture xx

After returning from Loch Chon, we decided to try our luck at getting a table at this restaurant. Despite being fully booked for Easter Sunday, the staff was able to accommodate us. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of parking available as well. Réservez une table maintenant

Stopped in for a cold pint of lager, whilst partner was up in Aberfoyle working. Friendly bar staff n lovely wee beer garden. Would have tried food but we were going onto callender. The food that other customers were getting looked great.

They fed 6 of us for two consecutive nights we loved the fish and chips, macaroni and cheese, fajitas, pizza and the rib eye steak. All delicious. Staff and service were fantastic we will definitely go again when we are next in Scotland

This looks very modest but the food and service are excellent The Cullen skink was exceptional and the Thai Red beef curry utterly tender and with a good punch! Large wine 5.95....speaks for itself Very pleasant and helpful staff Réservez une table maintenant

Been walking in the area so called in for an early dinner. Not very busy so we were soon served. Meal came out piping hot very good . We had the Cullen Skink and the Scampi and Chips with a nice fresh salad. Very good...

You cant but praise the food and staff at this Inn, they were amazing. All three of us were very impressed with our selection of meals...highly recommended.
