Booked for a meal here after checking out reviews. On arrival could see that it was a very quiet evening, told to just sit anywhere. After looking at the menu chose to have the lasagne and 2 chicken curries. When the meals were brought to us the lasagne looked very nice, the curry , although looked nice, after a eating a little the chicken was very dry and the curry itself had very little flavour, needless to say they were both left. When our dishes were collected we were asked if all was OK, we did say that the chicken was very dry and this was obvious as hardly any had been eaten. What a great place, We visited here on the off chance and decided to come back for a meal on the last day of our trip, We were very impressed the food was great especially the minted lamb burgers! Nice friendly service, Will definitely visit again one day!

Warm welcome, good beers, great home cooked food. Reasonable prices for great food, the chips are amazing too. Home made soup of the day is also extremely tasty as well. Highly recommend

I bought a lasagne for dinner for my holiday and a newborn cat could've cooked better 2 bites was enough won't be coming back!!!!

Roast was made up fast and most of it was raw. Staff were nice but I was very disappointed at the Sunday dinner.
