I came out to dinner tonight with my friends to celebrate a birthday. We sat in the vault and had such amazing service. My friends boyfriend kindly covered the bill and we didn’t think twice about a tip, thinking everyone knew about 20% being the standard for tipping. We were leaving and the server went above and beyond to come outside and ask if her service was acceptable and if there was anything to improve on. This was our second time eating here (October 7th, 2023), and both times the service was on the slower side. Food and drinks should not have taken as much time as they did to come out. For an appetizer we got the mushroom crustini, and that was good, and then we got the hamachi, which was also good. For dinner I got the shrimp alfredo and my husband got the lamb chop that came with rice and a few small plantains. His was really good and he enjoyed it, but mine wasn't as good. The pasta itself was cooked fine, but it had a really strong taste of raw garlic and that was not enjoyable. I will never step foot into the Fed or recommend the Fed to anyone I know after finding out that Makayla G. Is lying about reviews on here. SHE WAS NOT with the vault party that had issues with their server yesterday. That server deserves to lose her job and or have someone talk to her about how you handle bad tipping . I 've been a server my whole life and never once thought it would be okay to ask for more money on a tip from a CUSTOMER. You get what you get. Once there, the dinner was delicious, and the ambiance was lovely. Our waiter, Matthew, was fantastic—very friendly and kept us informed about when our food and drinks would arrive. We ordered the cauliflower appetizer, steak bites appetizer, kale salad, and chicken limon, all of which were executed beautifully and left me very impressed. The drinks were also great (I had a lemon drop martini and a Fed Old Fashioned), though they were on the pricier side, similar to what you'd find in a downtown city.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back!
Recently had my first bad experience and I am heartbroken. This was a special place for my wife and I. Food prices have gone up but the portion size has gone way down. I had to order a $9 side of mashed potatoes to go with a $61 entree. You can't have food prices like this but have a small plate tapas style menu where the main comes by itself! There was also a 22$ cocktail on the menu just for giggles. This is just greedy and it's going to kill your client base. Please stop.
Very good atmosphere. The service was slow but we did have a party of 8. The portions were small and the flavor was just OK. I had the salmon and it came cold. For the price and quality of ingredients I expected more. I know that everything cost more now. It has been 5 years since my last visit and I most likely will not return. In my opinion, this was disrespectful and unprofessional. I noticed that Makayla G. wrote a review tonight praising Kayley for going above and beyond and admiring her proactive approach to improving her service, but she was NOT part of our group. Because of Kayley's attempt to manipulate the situation, I’ve rated her service one star.

We sat at a table for four, but we couldn't hear the person next to us because the music was excessively loud. We would have ordered another cocktail, but after shouting to communicate all evening and passing messages to others at our table, we decided to go somewhere else.
