I hate to write negative reviews, but I think this type of feedback is particularly important, so in a restaurant with this price point. the main problem lies in the service provided to us, while we arrive at this location. I waited a solid 20 minutes with my partner (it was a special date for us) without a single word from each of the employees. in the did I have my neck for a good give minutes trying to take the attention of all the workers. many flat out avoided eye contact with me it felt as finally my partner stood up when we got a little flustered. only after we stood, someone came to us and asked if there are any drinks we want. we have refuted and said that we are ready to eat and ju...
We were celebrating a birthday and was offered a French champagne to celebrate which was lovely. Unfortunately it was not cold. Three of our four meals were dry in places (scotch fillet, pork and fish). By the time we received our sides our meal was getting cold. The service was good but at one stage we were without drinks (about ten minutes).
A bit of classic restaurant charm here, with a great wine list and some upmarket furnishings. The steak was the real winner, done in the fireplace wood-fired oven. The use of red gum timber gives a unique and highly pleasurable flavour. Very good meat too- super tender
our meals were delicious. most of us had three courses and the steaks were cooked so well for the net. the service was brilliant, very attentive, relaxed and professional. great atmosphere for couples or larger groups. highly recommended.

The food and service was exceptional, we went to celebrate a birthday and we’re treated so well by the staff. It made the night really special. Highly highly recommend this venue for any occasion.
