This is the best fish chip shop around and has been for many years. Fish cooked fresh as you order, chips always cooked perfectly. We ordered fish chips for 10 people recently and every portion was 100% perfection. The lovely owner even threw in a bag of chip barns to complete our meals. Staff here are always friendly. The place is spotless and the food fab... what's not to love!!
the first time for chip shop chips for me in years! for some reason I have tied so much that it was worth waiting in the waiting queue. to the happiness was an old neighbor before me and we had a quick catch. only chips for me now that I am usually vegan. I never liked fish anyway, but my husband also enjoyed his and the muddy. the cat even got fish and swallowed them.
We had a fantastic experience at this chip shop during our Jubilee party on Thursday. We ordered food to eat, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the food was delicious! I highly recommend the fish, and I want to thank all the staff once again for their excellent service.
Visited on a recommendation, the chips and fish were cooked from fresh, and can honestly say, by far, the best we've had outside of Whitby and Scarborough.
