The food was completely lacking in flavor. The cilantro was insipid, and the avocados also had no taste. There were far too many onions on the tacos, and the meat was unseasoned. The charro beans were in desperate need of salt. I paid extra for cheese, but they forgot to include it. When I asked for the cheese I had paid for, they provided a tiny container that was barely enough for two street tacos, let alone the six I ordered. I should have been suspicious when I saw the signs at the counter offering free chips and salsa in exchange for a positive review—really? Before you even get a chance to taste the food? Don't count on the reviews being accurate.
Absolutely horrible. I placed a pick up order for lunch today that was supposed to be ready by NO LATER than 12:10pm. I went in and was just handed my food at 12:35. I now have no time to eat my food because my lunch break is over. 15 minutes into my late wait, I asked the little guy if he could give me an eta on my order he straight up ignored me. He then did the same exact thing to another woman standing next to me when she asked. Hire people with CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
I bought two tacos. I asked for 1 green sauce and 1 red sauce. I was charged an .75cents for choosing a different sauce per taco. I explained very clearly that I wanted one green sauce and one red sauce. Employee(Hannah the name on receipt)stated that's the only way she knows how to do it. Not cool. I bought two tacos and wanted 2 sauces and had to pay an extra .75 cents. Just wanted to bring this to the managers attention to see if this was handled properly. Thanks
Door dashed this place, had pastor tacos they were bland and the onions and cilantro wasn't much, I eat alott of street tacos and these were the worst, green salsa had no heat, the highlight was the charro beans really tasty, the queso was good but too small for the price. I'm a Hispanic and have had the best, the tacos were the Réservez une table maintenant
The pastor meat was tasty, but the portion sizes are quite small for the price you pay! They really skimp on the salsas for some reason, which is amusing. They charge you for any extra salsa you request. I paid for an additional one, but when I got to work, I noticed they hadn’t even included it in my bag.
