My partner I have just returned from a 4 day stay at this lovely park On arrival we were impressed by the lovely gardens how well kept the park was Even though we weren't supposed to check in to our caravan till 4.00 ours was ready at 2.00. The caravan was gorgeous inside it was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm cosy. It had everything we could possibly need we had read that we needed to bring Towels,loo paper washing up stuff but EVERYTHING else was provided We had our 2 dogs with us ,so obviously our caravan was a dog friendly one but there wasn't a trace of past dogs it was as I said spotless. This is a stunning location in a beautiful part of the world. The accommodation is top-notch and fully equipped, although I would have liked to see a cafetière provided, as is standard in many similar places. It's very dog-friendly, but I did feel a bit overwhelmed at times by the barking from nearby dogs that were permitted to yap freely. I would have given a 5-star rating, but we encountered a problem with the swimming facilities. We were unable to book a session due to internal system errors. Additionally, the staff in the shop were rather unhelpful; they wouldn't serve us until exactly 4 PM, even though they were present before that time. This park is absolutely stunning, with well-maintained grounds that are immaculate. The lodge we reserved was fantastic—well-equipped and impeccably clean. Everyone we encountered was friendly and exceptionally helpful. There were no disturbances for her during our stay. Unfortunately, we do have one piece of feedback: a sauna, gym, and steam room were advertised but were not open during our visit. When we inquired, we were informed that they were "not open at the moment." It might be helpful to include a note about this on the website. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this beautiful forest setting.
Great location! The restaurant has a truly picturesque setting. The food is delicious, and the staff is exceptional; they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. However, I do have one concern: the whirlpool can be quite loud at night since it’s right next to the bed. The vibrations from the pumps can make it difficult to sleep. Aside from that, it was an amazing experience!

The camp was well kept, and the scenery was lovely. I feel a lot of the lodges are very close to each other and overlook each other and don't overlook the beautiful scenery they have. I would have given it 5 stars, however they lost a star for the lodge being pretty rough. Overall the place was lovely, we just wouldn't stay in that lodge again and would stay in a different nicer lodge.
Really beautiful grounds. Exceptionally maintained. The lady on reception, I didn’t get her name sadly, was so incredibly helpful. My partner and I we’re in need of assistance, to which she went above and beyond. Followed by the the help and kindness of the lifeguards who also went above and beyond. The staff make this campsite.
