I want to extend my gratitude to the hostesses and waitstaff, who go above and beyond to ensure each meal is not only enjoyable but also a source of happiness for my uncle. I had the baked pork chops, and let me tell you, it's been consistently perfect every single time I've ordered it over the last two years. Uncle Carl had the fried mussels and soup, and the food is always fantastic—truly a delightful meal every visit. With such an outstanding staff, the Fountain Bleu has become a cherished staple for us.
Been coming here for a number of years now, thought it’s time for a review. Have come to consider this one of our good New Jersey Diners. Good food, good portions, comes out quick enough, all of which are on everyone’s top of list for what to know about a place to go. But it also comes across as decently managed and smartly staffed, which I have come to hold in equal importance if a place is gonna see me more than once. Recommended if you’re nearby hungry and in the mood for some NJ diner style fare.
We go to the Fontainbleau Diner very often. The food is always great ! The prices are good. We always take home a doggie bag. We always leave the restaurant stuffed. We love the best waitress , her name is Olga ! We are always made to feel warm welcomed when we go to the restaurant. I had the lunch special of crab cakes with macaroni and cheese. The special included soup....I got cream of spinach. Both were very good. I ended up taking the Mac and cheese home for another meal because the portions were large. My husband had the chicken soup and the meatloaf special. He said that everything was tasty. We have eaten here many times and have never had a bad meal or gone away hungry.

Quick service in a neighborhood diner setting. Service is quick and responsive. Servers are friendly in the context of the US Northeast (that is to say, if you’re looking for something like Southern hospitality, you’ll be disappointed. But this is a great place for local flair.
We always visit this restaurant because it’s fantastic. The food is delicious, and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend it to everyone; once you come, you’ll want to return!
