Upon arriving at the restaurant in the forest, my friends and I decided to dine outside. Unfortunately, the lights were not working properly, so one of my friends tried to fix them. Despite our efforts to help, the manager accused us of tampering with the lights. I apologized on behalf of our group, even though we had not done anything wrong, and thanked him for his assistance. However, the manager reacted by shouting at us and refusing to accept our apology. This made us feel unwelcome and uneasy during our visit.
I took my mother here for afternoon tee as mother, daughter day and we had the best time! the staff was so friendly and helpful. the sandwiches we had were very tasty and the desserts were to die, especially the tropical and white...chocolate parfait! we also enjoyed our afternoon with a glass champagne and finished with a hot cup tee. the team is brilliant and there was such a good atmosphere. we will return and recommend to family and friends. next time we try the Sunday-breaking!
One of the finest places I stayed in Solihull, it is a gem of its own. It is quirky with a lot of charm and character. The furnishings and the bed itself is truly incredible I slept well on our last stay! If you are booking your stay here for a weekend, don’t forget to include a breakfast with your booking and ask for the King Rooms especially Room number 2. It can be a bit noisy downstairs on a Saturday night but it becomes quiet by 10pm onwards. Rooms: 5
Had a fantastic meal here for our anniversary, can’t believe how helpful polite the staff where honestly one of the best services We have ever had while eating out : loved the fact that everyone worked well together all smiles our waiter Jonathan was absolutely brilliant very professional I would definitely recommend this place will most definitely be back : amazing customer service all round! I had the pleasure of staying with you for two nights this week. Absolutely amazing, superb room and two of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had whilst staying out on business. Friendly staff and great food at the event I was attending.
I visited this hotel yesterday to see if they could assist me in getting a taxi. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The customer service was excellent, even though I ultimately did not make a purchase.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is incredibly attentive. I highly recommend having their Sunday lunch, it is a must-try!
