We had molasses glazed duck wings for an appetizer—we were pleasantly surprised at their flavor, and they were very tender. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and he got the Cuban. We were both very happy with our sandwiches, although I wasn’t a huge fan of all the lime in the slaw on the chicken. Other than that, portion size was large and the proteins were very tender and flavorful. The cuban Panini was definitely the bite of the night!  for cocktails, we got a maple bacon old-fashioned and a “not too shabby”. Both were delicious 
Everything was delicious. Carrot Risotto was hearty in texture with well balanced flavors and the presentation was inviting. Salmon was perfectly cooked. Often I substitute sides, but decided to go with the Sunchoke puree, even though I had never had sunchokes before. I'm glad that I tried it. It was flavorful and complimented the salmon perfectly. The winter squash was also delicious. As always, the crispy brussel sprouts were amazing. Our waitress was attentive without being overbearing. The Foundry hit it out of the park!
the waiter was very nice when we saw him. he was looking forward to the big party right. several times he would happen and it was 20 minutes since last checked. the food lasted 45 minutes. Once we were done, it took 10 minutes or more before we were taken. then we decided to have deserted and we were made for about 5 or more minutes before we saw him and he asked if we were good for the check. and at this point the reservation was only for 2 people we were ready to go since our meal, which began at 7:30 now at 9:30
Fabulous cocktails and food. The French onion soup had a lovely depth of flavor that was amazing. The clarified cocktails, in particular the NY sour was so unique and delicious. The pepper duck and the bacon grilled cheese sandwich were a real treat, and the fleur du ciel ice cream (flavor of the day) was a perfect end to the meal.

The atmosphere is great. Our server was very good.. I wish I could remember her name. The food was fabulous.. I love that this is a farm to table restaurant. I do come here for special occasions because it is a little on the expensive side but it’s worth it
The food is excellent but quite expensive. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance. The drinks are also outstanding and the service provided by the wait staff is exceptional.
The Foundry is our favorite restaurant. Great for special occasions and a night out. The food is always excellent and the staff are welcoming and friendly.
We always enjoy dining at this restaurant! Cathy is a fantastic server; she is friendly and attentive. The food is consistently excellent!
