What a lovely place this is.Situated in a wonderful location in the Forest of Dean. Very homely welcome and atmosphere, great staff and the food is amazing and at a reasonable price. We called in for lunch having visited the evening before and were not disappointed. Taste, quality and service all first class! The food at this restaurant was incredible for the price! It truly felt like we were dining in a high-end establishment, but at a fraction of the cost. Varied menu and specials board. Good beer and cider. In CAMRA Good beer guide 2023. Dog friendly and close to Dean Forest Steam railway Very efficient and friendly service.
