My wife and I have tried about 10 meal kit companies over the years and none have been even close to as good as The Fresh Plan. Recently I have been looking for a heart healthy option that will help me keep my sodium and sugar counts low as well as manage my calorie intake. I tried a meal kit company that sent frozen dishes and they didn't taste very good at all, some did but not enough. Once we got The Fresh Plan kit I was kind of shocked at how good the dishes were, and how much the fresh food made a difference. Highly recommend. The food is super tasty but also just the customer service is fantastic. I used it just for two weeks and it truly gave me the jumpstart I needed (lost five pounds). If people have more to lose I really think this is the best program out there (I’ve have tried a few). And the variety makes it easy to stick to. Even if you aren’t looking to do it for a longer period of time, and have less to lose, and you are just looking for a jump start it clearly helped me! I may be back if I don’t lose the last 5 on my own!
I shopped around before settling on The Fresh Plan and am very happy with it and how it sets itself apart. The meals are constantly changing, they taste great, and are made with unprocessed, healthy ingredients. The service and the people have also been excellent and accommodating. No other service in the Chicago area offers all of that with the same level of quality and service. The Fresh Plan is a consistently excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to save time and still enjoy tasty, healthy meals.
The fresh meal plan has truly enhanced our summer experience. We've been following it for about five months, and we feel great because we're eating healthier. Plus, my wife has lost 15 pounds, and I've lost 10 pounds! We've indulged a bit here and there, or we might have lost even more weight. We're following a shared 1700-calorie program, which consists of three meals a day for four days a week. The portion sizes are generous, and we never feel deprived. The food was filling and fresh. It varied each week as well. I didn't feel hungry at all on the 1700 plan. Just the opposite, I couldn't always eat it all. I was a bit hungry on the 1200 , I dropped to it after a few weeks on the 1700. So I would say 1200 will take some time to adjust. But the food was just as good.
Betsy and Scott are fantastic! The food is excellent, and I never feel hungry. I’ve lost weight, and the program has really helped me learn about portion control. I've also had to start cooking in a new way. It’s a great plan, and I highly recommend it!
