If ur a visitor for an event I guess it's your choice. I felt after a 15 parking and paying 17.99 for Buffett it was a bid high for not having more food choices. The ambiance of the restaurant is wonderful, with charming outdoor tables that feature lovely fire pits. The food was outstanding! The BLTA sandwich was delicious, especially with the thick, smoky bacon, and the fries were unlike any I've ever had before. They were lightly coated and crunchy; I tried the Parmesan flavor, and they were delightful! The bartender also served as our waiter (perhaps only on weeknights) and did an excellent job. We were fortunate to place our order before a large group arrived. This is an ideal spot for a late-night or last-minute dinner, as they are open until 11 PM. There are TVs in the corners, but the volume is not too loud. I can't wait to return!
Overall, this is a great place to stay. The hotel is well-maintained and offers plenty of onsite amenities, including a restaurant and bar. Public transportation through the Emerygo system is just a short walk away—only a quick stroll through the parking lot gets you there. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I was checked in by Nikki, who demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. The hotel also boasts beautiful views of the bay, and there are walking trails and a marina nearby, all within easy walking distance.
I arrived in town late and had the choice to go to Applebee's—looking back, I really wish I had. The place had no food available, and the two drinks I ordered were significantly watered down; I didn't even feel a buzz from them. Given the price I paid, I could have also enjoyed some food with my drinks at Applebee's. I want to emphasize that it was not the bartender's fault at all; they were kind and handling a challenging situation.

The parking area was spacious and well-lit. The room was clean and nicely presented. The restaurant offered a welcoming atmosphere, and the food and drinks were delicious. Both the fitness center and spa were well-maintained and tidy; I used both during my stay. I would suggest adding more washers and dryers, as the single set available was constantly in use. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone.
My mother is celebrating her 100th birthday, and we received exceptional treatment during our visit. I truly appreciate how everyone acknowledged and honored her. She has now been featured in the August/September edition of 209 Magazine with an article about her experience kayaking in McCovey Cove during a Giants game in San Francisco. We are excited to stay at the Garden Inn in Emeryville again in the future.
The drink menu is OK , but on Saturday 's the kitchen isn 't open until 4p . So keep your appetite on wraps until then. Multiple big screens to watch your fav sport.
This is a surprisingly nice restaurant for a Garden Inn. While most Garden Inns tend to be decent, the Garden Grille offered an impressive full menu.

Food was ok, bartender was very rude to the hotel staff both nights I was there for ordering meals. Not cool to do in front of customers
