The George Inn, Maulden Pub Rooms

We hired the upstairs function room for our wedding day and the whole thing was absolutely faultless. The staff were amazing, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed all evening. My Wife and I come here often for Sunday roasts (which I highly recommend) but had never hired the private room before. I can't recommend this enough, it is just so good! Massive thanks to all the staff for making our day so special.

What a place to stay, the staff were amazing and had such a welcome and couldn’t do enough for you. Ola the manager was so helpful and a great front of house host. Rooms were immaculate and well presented with no expense spared. Absolutely chuffed with my stay and would highly recommend the George Inn. Also food was superb

Positives, generous portions, good tasting dishes.Internal decor lovely, plenty of parking. Children's portions very generous too. Negatives, bit pricey, didn't feel particularly welcomed on initial arrival, slow service between course having to ask for drinks, desert menu never offered.

Nice pub but very expensive . Yet to try the food but im sure we will one day .. Up date . We have been to the pub now and find it 1st class with everything including the price . We met i believe . You know my bf and lives next door to the pub . Thank you again . Réservez une table maintenant

Lovely pub in the heart of this beautiful village. Didn't eat here as we arrived after 10pm! The menu looks great and the pub itself is very welcoming with attentive staff. Drinks were reasonably priced. We will be back to sample the food soon!

My wife and I usually goto another pub for food locally but after discovering The George recently we will now be coming back time and time again. Beautiful pub and the food is lovely. Pretty good value for money too.

Love this pub! Very cosy! We often come just for a drink in the evening as it is very chilled. We took the family for Father's Day and had a lovely roast. Great service whenever we have visited!

A great country pub to visit. The food on offer was of good quality and presented well and the vibe inside was cosy but modern. Would recommend if you’re in the area.
