Unfortunately, we were served waffle fries instead of the regular fries that I had ordered. This was disappointing considering that the menu did not specify that they were waffle fries. I went to this restaurant for brunch with my brother, who suggested it. We were able to choose our own seats and were fortunate to get a table outside. There were many delicious options on the menu, but be sure to check out the daily specials. I ordered the Glass Onion sandwich, which was filled with egg, ham, Brie, and grilled onions, and it came with a side of fruit salad. The sandwich was delicious and not too heavy. The food at this restaurant was good, but unfortunately the service was very poor. Despite being understanding of how busy it was, we waited 30 minutes for our food without any waitress checking on us or refilling our coffee. The waitress also never asked if my kids or wife wanted a drink refill. When it came time to pay the bill, it took another 15-20 minutes before we finally gave up and asked the hostess for it. On a positive note, our most recent visit on 8/27/23 was much improved compared to our previous experience. This restaurant is one of the top places for brunch in the area, especially known for their amazing biscuits and gravy. I tend to over-order because I can never resist adding a plate of biscuits and gravy to my meal. Other popular dishes include the Garden Benedict and the Glass Onion Sandwich. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with cozy indoor seating and vintage decor. They also offer outdoor seating for nice weather. It can get crowded on busy days, so we typically opt for takeout.

Unfortunately, it was 2pm and I know closing was at 3....but I still expect some sort of service. I was done eating and needed my bill....there was only 1 other customer.....but the servers (3) seemed to be more interested in talking and laughing the bringing me my bill! I was disappointed. The menu is extensive, the staff are welcoming, and we enjoy visiting this place! We particularly love coming here for brunch. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5 out of 5. We highly recommend trying the Glass Onion Sandwich.

Worse biscuits and gravy! Biscuits were not homemade just cheap little store bought ones! Gravy didn’t have any sausage or meat of any kind! Very overpriced for garbage!
