I have ordered from this restaurant before. The food is decent, but I recommend checking your bill once it is charged to your card. I was surprised to see that I was charged $24.95 for a Caesar salad. I immediately called to inquire about the high cost, but even after asking the woman to double-check the prices, I was still overcharged by an additional $5. When I asked for an explanation, she couldn't provide a clear answer. Needless to say, I will be contacting my bank to report this issue, as charging customers over $20 for a salad is unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
We had a terrible experience at the East Hanover dine-in restaurant. Not only was the service slow, but we also found a nail in my water. The manager refused to acknowledge it was a nail and was very disappointing in his response. He claimed to have seen it earlier when the waitress brought it to his attention, but he did not come to our table to address the issue. Overall, it was a disturbing experience and we are unsure if we will return. Service: Dine-in.
