My gran, son, wife and I had lunch here on Christmas eve after being turned away like lepers by the nearby vics after traveling down from our home in South Lanarkshire. We had booked a table at the vics but were told we couldn't get...in because our son is 2 and they don't allow under 18's in even though under current covid restrictions you can't drink alcohol in a pub anyway! my deceased wife and I drove most of the days to prestwick for a stroll and a wet drink (soft drinks for me) and often dived into the golf inn. recently started again after their long fight against cancer (sadly lost), so. crashed the train out of glassgow, put the senior railcard too good use, had our usual walk along the final ball and ended up in the golf inn. from the minute when I went to the service, was the first class. asked after the lunch menu, and said decided to take a seat chip do not go in the rule for three courses in these days, but what the chops had the sticky toffee pudding and ice cream (the woman favorites.) wash with a few pints, even on the table! country music plays i...

Booked a slot for some refreshments at this Inn at the weekend. Greeted by friendly staff and shown to our well separated table. Good range of beers and lagers available as well as a extensive food menu. Although not intending to eat there we opted...for a large platter to share and found it excellent value and perfectly prepared. Kathleen has to be commended in her professional manner providing prompt service and friendly banter. Will definitely be back.

to the golf gas house last week with a friend and really enjoyed eating there. I had the fish and chips for my main meal and a chickening sensation for the beginning. came for two under 10 pounds. very reasonable. there was background music that was. like to hear. would recommend. After a 45 mile bike ride I popped in for a burger and a pint. The staff were great as was the food...the locals were very friendly too especially Tam who gave me a pound so that I could have another pint and still afford my train fare home

the menu advertise 2 curs £7.75.12_6pm ordered our food and it was a cure £12.95..we have here 5.30 .we are told that the menu should have been taken in the last november. def will not be back. I think this is called bait and swith

been here a few times ,and always been satisfied with the fare ,only had the one course steak pie .which was ok .the menu is basic,but ok for a quick meal

My husband and I were here for dinner tonight. The service was fantastic and the meal was delicious we love going to the golf inn. Would highly recommend Réservez une table maintenant

Love this bar, it is traditional and friendly. If you feel like a sing song then pop in on a Saturday evening for Karaoke.
