Terrible service/customer service. Said food and delivery would take an hour and a half. After that time I still hadn't received my food. I rang 5 mins after latest time. They said the driver was on their way. 10 minutes later I call again as still hadn't arrived. They said they will be a further 10 minutes (still no apology). I then rang up 10 minutes later, 3 rings it took me before they picked up. I asked for a refund (still no apology), they put the phone down on me 3 times, not confirming that I have asked for a refund. I explained I had 5 kids to feed all under 10. (Quiet and yet still no apology). I then rang again and they said the man was outside, which was yet another lie as I was...
Awful would not recommend. My flatmate ordered the Singapore chow mein and chicken balls and has been violently throwing up for the past day with terrible food poisoning. Chicken balls, upon inspection, after eating a few, we had realised were very undercooked. The vegetarian Singapore fried rice was very bland and dry tasted very stale. The vegetable spring rolls were soggy and oily. Wouldn’t even give this place a one star rating given how unwell it’s made us, and certainly would not recommend.
