The best is everything! Wow, wow! We discovered this jewel on a walking food tour called Eating Asheville, which exceeded our expectations. We thought this was sandwich and chips, and although the sandwich was good, the chips were fantastic! The show plug safe. The perfect thickness and crack in each chip. They offer so many flavors and toppings and are served in a bowl. You also have sandwiches if chips are not your thing. We only visited 4 days and had no time to come back, but I saw that they have online shop, so I will give up my order as soon as I come back from my next trip. So they told us while we were there that the chips remain good for up to 6 months, so I hope they taste as good as we were there.

Excellent fresh chips! We tried the napa with honey, lavender and blue cheese. Blue us! You have bagged varieties to go for the last few months. We have the hops of Cheddar and truffle varieties to take home and they were also great. The owner was there when we arrived and was very friendly and warm. You have drinks and sandwiches to go with your chips

We were highly recommended to eat here by family who had visited previously and that recommendation was spot on. I had never experienced such a unique and delicious selection of specialty flavored chip dishes. Sandwiches are also available if you're abit hungrier. This will be a must stop for every return trip to Asheville!

YOU CANT MISS the visit to The Gourmet Chip Company If you are in Asheville. MUST TRY the chips. Little bit on expensive side. Don't forget to check hours before you go. They close at 5:00pm. If you have sweet tooth do try Belgium sweet potato fries. Youcan't really go wrong with any flavors you choose.

Love this place!! The frit is only dedicated to the potato chips so that they are gluten-free. They were also very fresh home!!
