The Great Lyde - Réserver une table

Thoroughly enjoyed a Sunday Roast at The Great Lyde. A good selection of vegetables, including peas which you never normally get at a carvery, delicious turkey, cauliflower cheese and crisp but fluffy roast potatoes. The Biscoff Cheesecake was outstanding! The staff were super friendly, very polite and attentive and the place was nice and clean. A great family local pub, with lovely food which is good value for money. Kid-friendliness: Often have a bouncy castle for the kids!

Went there for a Sunday carvery. Excellent food and great service. The meal was reasonably priced with a choice of large, medium, or small size portions. We will certainly be going back again and I also noticed that they offer a take away service which we might well take advantage of at some time. I can definitely recommend the Great Lyde for a superb Sunday lunch. Price per person: £10–20
