I was recommended this restaurant by the front desk at my hotel. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me warmly. I inquired about sitting at the bar, and she kindly pointed me in the right direction. However, when I tried to take a seat at an empty spot, I was informed that all the seats were occupied. I asked the bartender if there were any available seats, but she just walked away without responding. To my surprise, she then placed glasses of water in front of all the empty seats at the bar. This will definitely be my first and last visit to this establishment.
The food took quite a long time to arrive at our table. I ordered the 1/2 lb crabcake meal, while my friend had fries topped with crab dip. We waited nearly an hour for our meals, despite the restaurant not being crowded. It felt like the management prioritized takeout orders over those dining in. Additionally, they weren't very helpful when our order was incorrect. Normally, the service and food are excellent, so I was quite disappointed this time. However, I plan to return.
GT Hanover has the best bartenders of all of the GT's, especially Danny Deltufo. He always has a smile on his face, shakes my hand and remembers my wife's name! The food is better than what you would consider pub food. The menu is thoughtful and has something for everyone. Two of my kids are vegetarian but have no problem navigating the menu. The right games are always on the TVs but they are more than happy to switch when asked! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Personally, I've had poor experiences at most Greene Turtles.. but I'm so glad I didn't give up! This is a true diamond in the rough. You can tell these people love their job. I truly enjoy happy hours there after work. The service is awesome and the manager (Danny) is amazing! He truly treats that place like it's his home. Its tucked away, but I promise you won't regret checking it out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really love the atmosphere at this restaurant! The TVs in the booths and throughout the space are a great touch. I ordered the Smokey BBQ wings, fried extra crispy with extra BBQ sauce, and they were delicious. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning!
We wanted so send a big thank you to the staff at the Green Turtle in Hanover. They hosted our Wedding on Halloween. Held the wedding on their patio. Everyone raved about the food. We did a football and baseball theme. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
They sent a coupon to my house, and it definitely caught my attention and brought me in. I had a lovely dinner with my husband, and our server, Koraan, was absolutely wonderful.
