This wonderful restaurant is our go-to for special occasions and entertaining out of town guests. We find it to be the best restaurant in Lancaster County! The dining experience is always superb, with the quality and taste of the food second to none, the service impeccable, and the ambience perfect. They have below ground wine cellar seating that we want to try the next time we visit. We've had the pleasure of meeting the owner, John Moeller, a former White House Chef. He is the consummate host, and ensures every detail is perfect.
We've visited the Greenfield Inn multiple times and absolutely love their lunch menu! I always order the Quiche Lorraine, which I often pair with their French Onion soup—both are fantastic! My husband tried the Pastrami sandwich and enjoyed it as well. We were seated in the bar area, which had a delightful ambiance, and the outdoor dining space looked wonderful. This place is a must-visit in the Lancaster area!
Last night, my wife, daughter, and I enjoyed a lovely dinner. The food was delicious, but the service was quite slow. We spent three hours at the restaurant, and it seemed like our server was managing too many tables. I also noticed that someone in casual attire served our soup, and a woman in everyday clothing cleared used dishes from a nearby table. The restaurant was busy, with all the tables occupied.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this incredible restaurant. We were welcomed with warmth and even received an anniversary card from the staff. The mushroom soup I ordered was outstanding, and my husband really enjoyed the salmon dip. Our main courses, the cod and filet mignon, were beautifully prepared and presented. It was a fantastic experience!

Met the Chef, John, as we entered the Restaurant and had a lovely talk. The food and service were absolutely top notch, fresh and creative. Our third time visiting the Restaurant did not let us down. I highly recommend the Greenfield Inn in Lancaster, PA to anyone looking for ambience, delicious food and just an enjoyable evening out.
We had an excellent dinner! We ordered the scallops, ribeye steak, and halibut, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion!

The service was quite below what's expected in this restaurant (in previous occasions it was much better. The food was OK.
