The Greenhouse Terrace in Banbury surpassed all of our expectations. Both the main course and dessert were not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor, rivaling that of upscale dining experiences. The menu features a creatively impressive selection. The staff provided outstanding service, consistently going above and beyond during our evening there. The restaurant exudes a refined ambiance while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This was an incredibly disappointing experience. It took ages to receive our drinks, and the food came out so slowly that it felt more like we were waiting for breakfast than dinner. In our party of eight, one dish of chicken was served undercooked, and when we sent it back, it returned overcooked and inedible, without any apology from the staff. We were celebrating a birthday, and to make things worse, they misplaced the cake candles. I will not be returning. Service: 1 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £20–30

Went to the Greenhouse for the Christmas Meal . I organised this as a work Christmas party. It was easy to communicate with the management to book in. Great food, perfect portion sizes, great service and lovely atmosphere. It was a spacious restaurant meaning it was quiet enough to have good conversation but also a good atmosphere. The servers used everyone's names to deliver food which meant there was no confusion Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Greenhouse Terrace in Banbury serves fantastic food, but what really made our experience unforgettable was our waiter, Archie. His outstanding service took our visit to the next level. If only every waiter was as remarkable as him! Thank you, Archie, for making our brief time in town truly special. The menu was quite remarkable, enhancing the already excellent atmosphere. Quiet on a Friday night but a really nice venue and reasonably priced drinks. Friendly staff and good service. I would definitely recommend a trip over from central Banbury. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
