My family and I have stayed here for a week every January for the last 5 or 6 years and have loved it every time. In the past I have stayed at other hotels in Zermatt but the Beau-Site is by far our favourite. This year we booked 2 rooms, 1 for my wife and I with our 10 year old son and the other for my in-laws. My mother in law doesn’t even ski and still loves visiting Zermatt and specifically this hotel. Unfortunately due to the weather, the pistes were closed so we were unable to ski as much as we would have liked but thankfully we were in such a great hotel with fantastic pool and spa facilities that it wasn’t such a problem. It is always a treat to enjoy a Hugo cocktail whilst listening...
Most amazing hotel and staff. We have travelled all over the world and stayed in many great Hotels and we have never given a hotel a 5 star rating, but this hotel gets 5 stars. Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing breakfasts and amazing rooms ! We asked for some simple advice, and when we got back to our room there was a hand written letter answering all our questions with some added suggestions, where in the world do you get that type of service. This is a special place !!!!
Hotel was beautiful, staff was on top of things including being available for booking tours and travel. Also room was cleaned mornings and evenings. Food was excellent during breakfast and I highly recommend having dinner at the hotel, food and service was high quality. We stayed on the 5th floor in the panoramic room. It had a full view of the town as well as the Matterhorn. I highly recommend the hotel and I’m planning on going back in the Summer.
We....4 Aussies on our Great Rail journey thru Europe stayed here for 4 nights....absolutely amazing. We were spoilt and loved every minute. The staff were so friendly and the meals...to die for.... Oh....Franz....we did try the Rocklet....not spelt like that....the melted cheese and gherkin and onion and potato... Adored our fabulous room with the most superb outlook...
