This was our first time trying this place for dinner and won’t be back. For $200 I would much rather travel to Oregon Grille. The menu is so strangely extensive which was a turn off to me. Since the menu was so large, of course the food was not good at all- the mashed potatoes tasted SO SWEET with no hint of Boursin. The NY strip was so tough my husband had to keep spitting it out. The “maple roasted Brussels” had 0 flavor or maple… they were just roasted Brussels with giant piece of bacon on top. The “southwest” night made 0 sense to me when you can’t even do the rest of your menu correctly. My wife and I enjoyed a fun date night at the Grill at Harryman House. Our waiter was both very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. We really enjoyed our drinks and appetizer, which was popcorn cauliflower with a honey-sriracha sauce. Our entrees of grilled salmon and seared rockfish were delicious and made for a nice meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting in a restored historic house.
Wasn't able to dine here due to an allergy but I appreciate that management called me to notify me so I did not have an exposure, it shows the high quality customer service they provide. I hope they will go latex free in the future so I can dine here.
