At first I thought we had made reservations at the restaurant, because the last time we were there, the whole experience was incredible (service, food, company). When we came to the barbecue, I have to be honest that I didn't have a great feeling at first. No one immediately greeted us, and I felt a bit disappointed. But then we set ourselves and decided to give him a shot. The menu was very limited, so I got the crab cake and my wife and daughter got Burger. We also ordered a bottle of Wente. Looking at the website and online menu I figured this would be a higher end brunch with wine tasting. Boy was I wrong it was more like a Cafe for the golfers to get a cup off coffee. The breakfast menu was very basic the service was ok and the food was decent but 16.00 for 2 eggs hash browns bacon and toast with no butter. I thought was way expensive. And a memosa was 15.00 each are you kidding me ? We definitely won't be going back.
You know that the grill is part of the golf club house, not the winery tasting room. Spectacular view from the terrace, excellent breakfast and surprisingly low prices. The menu is limited. Breakfast plate, burrito, breakfast sandwich or pancake, but food quality and preparation will not disappoint. Service with a smile. I made a reservation by OpenTable that would not have been necessary on a typical Saturday morning.
