Food is good... when you can get it. Most common issue is not having items on their menu. The location has been open long enough to gauge the demand of specific menu items and plan their supply accordingly, but they don't. Hours on website and door say they are open on Tuesday but on two different occasions I have called and called with no one answering phone. Even drove to the store thinking they were busy. They were in the store but not taking their regular customers due to a catering customer. This was my second visit to this restaurant and I was excited because I love the Franklin location. However, the experience at this location near my house was not as good. The customer service was excellent, with a pleasant young lady at the register. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. I ordered two flat plates with shrimp, a teriyaki chicken dish, rotisserie wings, and green beans. Everything was overly salty and I could feel my blood pressure rising after the meal. I asked for extra sauce on my plates but there was hardly any extra sauce provided. The portions were small for the high prices they charge. Overall, the meal was not worth the $70 I spent.

I paid $15 for thee SMALLEST SALAD EVER. I was so upset because I ordered from Uber eats and was trying to give this place a chance after hearing terrible things about the portions on social media. low and behold, boom- they got me for this stupid salad that was over priced for the portion I paid.

I have tried the chicken and salmon platters from the food truck on Linden Ave. and the Randallstown location. Both dishes were delicious and consistent in quality. The only downside is that it tends to have a strong effect on my digestion, but it's worth it for how tasty it is. ????
Today at 11:51 AM on January 4th, the female server told me she couldn't take my order because she was counting her drawer and I had to wait until she was finished. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This restaurant offers excellent food, fantastic service, and a warm hospitality that is always evident. You can't go wrong with dining here!
Never again,the chicken had more hair than me almost $5 for chicken straight off the farm to the oven!!!!
